For every hardware product purchased through us (scanner, machine data logger, printer) we offer as an after-sales service configuration setups, startup support, pre-installation services for immediate use. We carry out, for exakple, an operating system and firmware update, optimise system settings, parametrise the scan engine, enter your company’s specific WLAN settings and take care of your security settings. Last but not least, we install your software solution and you can use your new devices “out of the box”.
