01 INITIAL STOCKING

Menu: Initial Stocking

Barcode scan
Tool registered via barcode or manually
Storage location
Assignment of a physical storage location within the warehouse
System registration
Tool immediately appears as available in the inventory

02 ORDERING VIA INVENTORY

Menu: Inventory > Shopping Cart

Search inventory
Filter by number, name, condition, keyword, and availability
Fill shopping cart
Add desired tools to personal shopping cart
Submit order
Submit order specifying recipient and location of use (e.g., Workstation 2)

03 ORDER PICKING

Menu: Order Picking

Incoming Order
New order is announced via an audible signal and appears in the order overview
Order Selection
Select user and tool items from open orders
Display Storage Location
System shows storage location, order date, and requester details
Confirm Removal
Click “Remove” – tool is marked as issued

04 CHECK-IN (RETURN)

Menu: Check-in

Return scan
Tool or storage location is scanned or entered manually
Record condition
Employee assesses condition by selecting:
Good / Faulty / Defective (etc.)
Return to stock
Tool is once again available in inventory for new orders
